Support is provided in the following ways:

Basic

  • Transfer no more than 500 GB;
  • Installing standard SOFTWARE;
  • Advice on setting up, installation, use of equipment;
  • Installation of ISPsystem software products on the client server;
  • Initial configuration of the server (installation of OS and panels ISPsystem, DirectAdmin, cPanel);
  • configure the built-in ihttpd server;
  • Install and configure apache web server;
  • SSL certificate Installation;
  • Install standard PHP extensions;
  • setting up a backup to a remote server;
  • MTA setting;
  • the Maximum time of one work performed is not more than 60 minutes.

Other work is paid separately and will be counted as the work of the Administration Department.

Advanced

  • Transfer not more than 2000 GB;
  • Installing standard SOFTWARE;
  • Advice on setting up, installation, use of equipment;
  • Installation of ISPsystem software products on the client server;
  • Initial server setup(OS and ISPmanager panel installation);
  • configure the built-in ihttpd server;
  • Install and configure apache web server;
  • SSL certificate Installation;
  • Install standard PHP extensions;
  • Configuration of the system and third-party SOFTWARE(at the discretion of specialists);
  • SOFTWARE Update;
  • Help configure the server to protect against DDoS attacks at the system level;
  • setting up a backup to a remote server;
  • MTA setting;
  • the Maximum time of one work performed is not more than 120 minutes.

Other work is paid separately and will be counted as the work of the Administration Department.

Premium

  • Transfer no more than 2500 GB;
  • Installing standard SOFTWARE;
  • Advice on setting up, installation, use of equipment;
  • Installation of ISPsystem software products on the client server;
  • Initial server setup(OS and ISPmanager panel installation);
  • configure the built-in ihttpd server;
  • Install and configure apache web server;
  • SSL certificate Installation;
  • Install standard php extensions;
  • Configuration of the system and third-party SOFTWARE(at the discretion of specialists);
  • SOFTWARE Update;
  • Help configure the server to protect against DDoS attacks at the system level;
  • assistance in combating DDoS attacks(at the discretion of specialists);
  • setting up a backup to a remote server;
  • Help in setting up for heavy loads;
  • restore backups;
  • MTA setting;
  • the Maximum time of one work performed is not more than 180 minutes.

Other work is paid separately and will be counted as the work of the Administration Department.
